Leading HSE performance

Lead and champion HSE, ESG and quality performance across Utilities and Transmission projects, ensuring alignment with UGL’s HSEQ Strategy, Management System and critical risk framework.

Building safety culture

Partner with project and operational leaders to build a strong safety culture, develop team capability, facilitate risk workshops, and drive continuous improvement through coaching and assurance activities.

Providing expert HSE guidance

Provide expert HSE guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including tender submissions, business development opportunities, incident investigations, and compliance with legal and client requirements.

Minimum Diploma in Work Health & Safety required.
