You'll be responsible for

Supporting delivery of IBM Z client engagements

Spanning hardware, z/OS, and platform services, assisting with installation, configuration, upgrades, and health checks under guidance.

Participating in troubleshooting activities

Learning structured problem-solving methods and building confidence in presenting findings and communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.
🔄

Rotating across related areas

Building breadth by engaging in platform, availability, storage, and resiliency tasks.
