You'll be responsible for

Assisting with hardware, z/OS, and platform services to ensure successful client engagements.

Learning IBM Z systems design

Gaining knowledge on how IBM Z environments are designed, implemented, and operated.

Participating in troubleshooting activities

Engaging in structured problem-solving methods to address issues and improve systems.
