Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of ICT equipment, including preparing, deploying, collecting and maintaining devices for staff across Australia.

Providing technical support

Provide friendly and responsive technical support, helping troubleshoot issues both remotely and on-site when needed.

Maintaining asset register

Keep our ICT asset register accurate and up to date through regular stocktakes, audits and asset management activities.
