About the job

The Identity Experience Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing the end-to-end user access experience across Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. By bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, this job focuses on driving continuous improvement in identity services. Collaboration is key, as the team works together to ensure processes are seamless, secure, and aligned with organizational policies.

You'll be responsible for

Improving user provisioning

Improving and optimizing end-to-end user provisioning and de-provisioning across enterprise applications and systems.
⚙️

Optimizing access workflows

Optimizing access request, approvals, and provisioning workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
🚀

Driving continuous improvement

Driving continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and reduce manual effort.

Key criteria

🔑

3+ years in IAM/IDAM

Experience in identity and access management within enterprise environments.

In-depth IAM knowledge

Understanding of lifecycle management, SSO, RBAC, PAM, and MFA.

Hands-on IAM platform experience

Experience with platforms like Saviynt, SailPoint, or Okta.
