Coordinating import orders
Managing the import order book from purchase order confirmation through to Distribution Centre receipt, monitoring supplier readiness, cargo milestones and delivery timelines.📝
Preparing import documentation
Preparing and verifying import documentation, ensuring compliance with customs, biosecurity and regulatory requirements.⏳
Managing shipment delays
Proactively managing shipment delays, documentation issues and supply risks, implementing corrective actions and communicating impacts to key stakeholders.Key criteria

Proven experience in import logistics and international freight forwarding.View
