You'll be responsible for

Supporting the claims team
Providing practical legal support and advice on legislation, regulations, policies, and guidelines impacting workers’ compensation claims to enable sound, legally accurate decision making.📄
Assisting with statutory litigation
Managing statutory workers’ compensation litigation and Work Injury Damages (WID) matters, including preparation of legal documentation and coordination of matters through the Personal Injury Commission.🤝
Collaborating with external legal providers
Working closely with external legal panel providers to support effective litigation strategies and timely outcomes.Key criteria

Demonstrated experience in statutory and Work Injury Damages claims.View
