You'll be responsible for

Supporting the claims team

Providing practical legal support and advice on legislation, regulations, policies, and guidelines impacting workers’ compensation claims to enable sound, legally accurate decision making.
📄

Assisting with statutory litigation

Managing statutory workers’ compensation litigation and Work Injury Damages (WID) matters, including preparation of legal documentation and coordination of matters through the Personal Injury Commission.

Collaborating with external legal providers

Working closely with external legal panel providers to support effective litigation strategies and timely outcomes.

Demonstrated experience in statutory and Work Injury Damages claims.
