Providing legal advice
Delivering timely, accurate legal advice to support the claims team on legislative, regulatory and policy matters.🤝

Collaborating closely with external legal panel providers to develop effective litigation strategies.🏛️
Representing EML in legal proceedings
Acting on behalf of EML in legal proceedings alongside external legal representatives.Key criteria

1–3 years of legal experience
Experience in Workers Compensation and managing WID claims.View

Current NSW practising certificate
