You'll be responsible for

Managing customer interactions

Handling walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments with high-intent customers to provide exceptional service.

Guiding customers through the home loan journey

Assisting customers from the initial search to settlement and beyond, ensuring a smooth experience.

Submitting deals to processing team

Streamlining the process by submitting deals to the in-house processing team, allowing focus on community engagement.

Required qualification or willingness to obtain it before starting.
