Managing incidents
Manage incidents end-to-end from lodgement through to closure in line with Mercer Pacific Incident Management Policy and related procedures.🔍
Conducting root cause analysis
Conduct and facilitate root cause analysis to identify preventive measures and improve control environments.📋
Overseeing rectification activities
Oversee rectification activities including impact assessment, remediation planning, member compensation, and communication.Key criteria
🎓
Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualification
Possession of a degree relevant to the financial services industry.View

5+ years in financial services
Demonstrated experience in financial services, ideally in Superannuation and Insurance.View
