This position supports the Senior Information Governance Specialist in implementing the IM strategy through collaboration with key divisional stakeholders. You'll be responsible for

Supporting information retention and disposal programs

Assist in supporting the information retention and disposal program for NSW Trustee and Guardian, including managing approvals with Divisions.

Designing folder structures

Assist in designing and mapping Divisional folder structures within M365 applications and content management to the correct retention schedules.

Leading audits and reviews

Support the IM Compliance Monitoring Program by leading audits and reviews of information management processes with relevant Divisions.
