You'll be responsible for

Assess risks associated with Claims data—spanning privacy, security and operational risks—and design effective controls that support TAL’s broader data risk management strategies.

Monitoring data usage

Monitor the use of Claims data across analytics and reporting to ensure it is applied appropriately and in full compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Maintaining data lineage documentation

Maintain comprehensive end-to-end lineage documentation for Claims data, detailing its origin, flows, and transformations across systems.
