The Infrastructure Support Senior Analyst job is all about ensuring the smooth operation of critical client environments across enterprise infrastructure platforms. By maintaining, optimizing, and supporting these infrastructures, you play a vital role in delivering high availability and performance. Collaboration and teamwork are key, as you will lead a group of analysts while working closely with client teams to design effective solutions.

You'll be responsible for

Providing L2/L3 infrastructure support

Delivering support across production, Dev/Test, and pre-production environments to ensure smooth operations.
👥

Leading and supporting a team

Guiding a team of infrastructure analysts and coordinators to achieve operational excellence.
⚠️

Performing incident triage and resolution

Analyzing incidents, determining root causes, and implementing solutions to restore services quickly.

Strong Windows administration experience

Proven expertise in managing Windows environments and patching.

Experience with VMware, Azure, and AWS for infrastructure solutions.
