You'll be responsible for

Providing compassionate intake and assessment
Delivering compassionate intake, assessment, information, and referral services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing crisis.🔍
Conducting comprehensive assessments
Carrying out comprehensive assessments, including risk assessments, to identify client needs and develop appropriate support pathways.🌐
Building relationships with community services
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with community services and support networks to connect clients with the right resources.Key criteria

Diploma of Community Services
Possession of a minimum Diploma of Community Services qualification.View

Experience in homelessness services
Proven experience of at least 2 years in homelessness services.View
