You'll be responsible for

Provide immediate support and assessment for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, helping them access safe and suitable housing options.

Deliver personalised short-term support, including housing applications, goal planning, advocacy, and referrals to relevant services.

Building trusting relationships

Build trusting relationships with clients, empowering them to make informed decisions and work towards greater stability and independence.
