Overseeing a high-volume portfolio of Workers Compensation and Injury Management cases to ensure positive recovery outcomes.

Supporting injured associates

Guiding injured associates throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey, ensuring they receive the necessary support.

Liaising with stakeholders

Collaborating with insurers, rehabilitation providers, and healthcare professionals to drive positive claim outcomes and ensure compliance.
