You'll be responsible for

Participating in multi-agency meetings

Engaging in regular High Risk Team meetings to provide advice and guidance to HRT members.

Developing safety management plans

Creating and reviewing safety management plans, ensuring timely action on assigned tasks.

Maintaining accurate records

Keeping accurate and timely records in relevant databases and systems.
