The WIL Placements Support Officer plays a vital role in providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the Work Integrated Learning team and students. This position ensures that all activities align with established procedures and compliance requirements, contributing to positive placement experiences. You'll be responsible for

Providing responsive student and stakeholder support

Managing front-line enquiries, coordinating placement-related communications, and escalating complex issues as required.

Administering placement compliance and processes

Processing mandatory placement requirements, maintaining provider agreements, and managing accurate records.

Supporting systems, reporting and continuous improvements

Maintaining placement data, preparing routine reports, and providing broader administrative support to the WIL team.
