You'll be responsible for

Identifying, triaging, and resolving complaints and disputes to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Becoming a regulatory subject matter expert

Gaining expertise in ASIC frameworks, GICOP, AFCA obligations, and internal complaint handling guidelines.

Ensuring streamlined processes and positive outcomes

Working towards maintaining high standards of service and effective complaint resolution.

Insurance claims experience

Demonstrated experience in handling insurance claims, preferably travel.
