You'll be responsible for

Managing invoicing processes
Ensuring accurate invoicing for all Planned and Reactive Maintenance jobs while maintaining compliance with necessary forms and reports.📈
Tracking job status
Following up on the status of jobs with relevant Supervisors/Schedulers and assisting in tracking job status.📑
Compiling financial reports
Assisting in compiling end-of-month financial reports and cross-referencing pricing for tenders and projects.What we're looking for
