You'll be responsible for

Providing IT support

Acting as the first point of contact for support across several IT-related hotel systems, including servers, network hardware, desktop PCs, POS hardware, wireless access points, PABX, and mobile devices.

Ensuring system functionality

Maintaining and troubleshooting various hotel systems to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently for staff and guests alike.
