Atticus is on the lookout for an IT Specialist to enhance and manage internal IT operations as the company scales. This job is crucial for ensuring that systems, processes, and tools are efficient and secure, which ultimately supports the mission of delivering accurate and defensible documents. The team values a collaborative and proactive approach, where everyone contributes to maintaining a reliable and user-friendly technology environment.

You'll be responsible for

🛠️

Providing internal IT support

Delivering end-to-end technical support across user devices, applications, account access, and collaboration tools, helping staff resolve issues quickly with minimal disruption to their work.
🔄

Managing endpoint lifecycle

Overseeing the full lifecycle of endpoint devices, ensuring that the Apple fleet is consistently enrolled, configured, patched, and compliant, with a well-documented lifecycle process from procurement through to retirement.
🔍

Improving identity & access management

Managing accounts, permissions, and access changes accurately and promptly, automating onboarding and offboarding workflows, and maturing IAM practices in line with business needs.
