You'll be responsible for

Installing and maintaining IT solutions

Install, maintain and troubleshoot Roche IT solutions and Instruments Operating software both remotely and at customer sites as required.

Engaging with customers

Engage with customers during the sales process and guide projects through planning, implementation, testing, and into a live system.
🛡️

Providing second level IT support

Provide second level IT support and troubleshooting assistance to Application Specialists, Field Service Engineers, and customers for all Roche Instrumentation.

Key criteria

💻

IT solutions experience

3+ years of experience with Roche IT solutions and instruments.

Proven track record in troubleshooting data connectivity issues.

Experience with Roche Automated Analytical Systems and integration.
