Creating and delivering ITSM reporting, SLA/KPI monitoring and data-driven insights to support service performance and compliance.

Building and maintaining Service Catalogue and CMDB

Ensuring configuration data accuracy, governance and effective release management through the Service Catalogue and CMDB.

Leading Transition to Support activities

Ensuring successful handover of projects into operational support through robust ITSM processes and controls.
