You'll be responsible for

Supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure

Perform IT and AV product and service procurement, routine repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to existing systems in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Executing guided tasks

Receive detailed instructions on day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting tasks and work on project tasks with guidance from senior IT & AV engineers.

Providing operational assistance

Deliver first-line IT & AV support and troubleshooting for routine infrastructure issues, documenting symptoms, actions taken, and outcomes with IT ticketing systems.

Key criteria

💻

2-3 years IT support experience

Hands-on experience providing technical support for hardware and software issues.

Fundamental IT knowledge

Understanding of Microsoft Technologies, networking, and virtualization concepts.

Technical support experience with Windows 11, MacOS, and related software.
