You'll be responsible for

Owning the support ticket queue

Clearing the untriaged backlog and driving median resolution time from 21 days down to under 14.
🛠️

Managing internal IT

Taking full ownership of internal IT, from device procurement and MDM enrolment to SaaS access provisioning and staff onboarding.
📚

Building runbooks and documentation

Creating internal documentation that reduces repeat ticket volume over time, not just resolving current issues.
