The IT Operations Engineer position is an exciting launchpad into infrastructure, DevOps, Engineering, or SRE. You'll be responsible for

Owning the support ticket queue

Clearing the untriaged backlog and driving median resolution time from 21 days down to under 14.
🛠️

Managing internal IT

Taking full ownership of internal IT, from device procurement and MDM enrolment to SaaS access provisioning and staff onboarding.
📚

Building runbooks and documentation

Creating internal documentation that reduces repeat ticket volume over time, not just resolving current issues.

Key criteria

IT support experience

1+ years in IT support or a technical role.
