You'll be responsible for

Providing 24x7 application support

Delivering round-the-clock application and technical support across core business systems to ensure operational continuity.

Acting as the first point of contact

Serving as the initial contact for IT incidents and service requests from internal stakeholders, facilitating swift resolution.

Investigating and resolving issues

Proactively investigating and resolving production issues, system incidents, and integration problems to maintain system integrity.
