You'll be responsible for

Providing Level 2 IT support

Delivering Level 2 IT support across hardware, software, networking, and end-user technologies.

Conducting technology health checks

Conducting technology health checks and preventative maintenance activities to ensure systems are operational.

Supporting technology projects

Supporting technology projects, upgrades, and system implementations to enhance service delivery.

Proven experience providing Level 2 IT support in diverse environments.
