Providing support
Providing 1st and 2nd level support for IT issues across clinical and corporate systems.š
Leading ITSM practices
Leading the implementation and adherence to ITSM practices including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.Key criteria

5+ years in IT support
Demonstrated experience in IT Service Desk or Support roles.View

ITIL/ITSM knowledge
Proven understanding and practical application of ITIL/ITSM practices.View

Experience in radiology workflows
