Delivering high quality, therapeutic casework
Provide therapeutic casework for young people in Intensive Therapeutic Care, ensuring their needs are met and positive outcomes are achieved.🤝
Collaborating with ITC staff
Work alongside Coordinators, Therapeutic Specialists, and House Managers to create a holistic response that promotes healing and personal growth.📅
Planning and monitoring case plans
Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and review of case plans to support permanency for young people and their families.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Possession of a degree in social work, youth work, or community servicesView
🧠
Experience with complex trauma
Demonstrated experience working with young people facing complex traumaView

Proven casework skills
Experience in casework, ideally in Out of Home Care or Child ProtectionView
