You'll be responsible for

Conducting testing of ITSM platforms

Conducting functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell).

Validating workflows and configurations

Validating workflows, configurations, and system integrations to ensure end-to-end functionality.

Developing test plans and scripts

Developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
