You'll be responsible for

Developing and managing training courses
Develop and manage engaging, relevant training courses and supporting collateral, leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and personalisation🔍
Building product knowledge
Build in-depth knowledge of our products to facilitate training to internal and external users through online delivery and face-to-face sessions, acting as an escalation point for the Product Support team📈
Using data for training interventions
Use product usage data and user feedback to define training interventions, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to bespoke client onboarding experiencesKey criteria

Learning and development experience (2+ years)
Proven background in training and adult learning solutions.View
