About the job

This job is all about being the first line of support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system and other essential applications that keep over 30 stores running smoothly. By collaborating with the IT team, you'll play a crucial role in troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation, directly enabling the business to scale. The team values a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone can grow and contribute to the success of the organization.

You'll be responsible for

Providing support

Providing Level 1 & Level 2 support for D365 F&O and other key applications.

Logging support tickets

Logging, tracking, and resolving support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed.

Assisting in system monitoring

Assisting in system monitoring, data corrections, and routine maintenance tasks.

Key criteria

Level 1 & Level 2 support experience

Experience providing support for business applications like D365 F&O.
