You'll be responsible for

Assisting clients

Assisting both Australian and international corporate and institutional clients with major complex commercial litigation
✍️

Drafting and preparing documents

Drafting correspondence, preparing advices, and assisting with the preparation of final and interlocutory proceedings
🗣️

Providing key advice

Providing clients with key advice and assistance in conducting internal enquiries and responding to regulatory investigations

Skills you'll need

⚖️

Commercial litigation experience

Strong commercial litigation and/or regulatory experience gained with a reputable disputes practice

Regulatory experience

Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation and regulatory investigations
