You'll be responsible for

Drafting legal documents
Drafting a variety of legal documents, including court pleadings, submissions, correspondence, settlement deeds and advice letters.🔍
Conducting legal research
Conducting legal research across diverse practice areas such as contract disputes, regulatory investigations, consumer law, leasing, intellectual property and franchising matters.⚖️
Developing case strategy
Collaborating with senior practitioners to develop case strategy and tactical approaches for complex commercial disputes.Key criteria

1-4 years of commercial dispute experience
Demonstrated experience in handling various commercial disputes.View
