You'll be responsible for

Handling mergers and acquisitions
Involves managing ACCC clearances and ensuring compliance with competition laws during transactions.📊
Advising on competition law issues
Providing strategic advice on joint ventures, strategic alliances, and compliance with competition regulations.⚔️
Representing clients in investigations
Engaging in ACCC investigations, enforcement proceedings, and litigation, including cartel leniency applications.Key criteria

Three years plus post-admission experience
Experience in Competition Law and regulatory matters is essential.View
