You'll be responsible for

Advising on mergers and acquisitions
Engaging in complex transactions, including obtaining ACCC clearances to ensure compliance with competition laws.📊
Handling competition law issues
Addressing legal matters arising from joint ventures and strategic alliances, providing expert guidance.🛡️
Representing clients in investigations
Defending clients during ACCC investigations and litigation, including cartel leniency applications.Key criteria

4-7+ years in competition law
Demonstrated experience in competition law and regulatory matters.View
