You'll be responsible for

Providing expert legal advice

Offer expert advice on legislative, regulatory, legal, policy, and guidelines affecting workers’ compensation and common law damages claims to enable sound, evidence-based decision-making.

Managing litigation

Oversee and assist in managing legal advice regarding common law damages claims and statutory workers’ compensation claims.
🏛️

Representing EML in proceedings

Attend proceedings in the Personal Injury Commission, District Court, and above to represent EML's interests.

Skills you'll need

⚖️

Litigation management

Demonstrated experience in managing litigation, particularly in personal injury claims.

Legal research

Ability to conduct thorough legal research to support decision-making and case management.

Communication skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for providing legal advice and representing EML in proceedings.
