You'll be responsible for

✍️

Drafting and negotiating contracts

Drafting and negotiating complex and high-value commercial contracts with suppliers to Woolworths Supermarkets.
🛠️

Providing legal support

Acting as the lead legal support for The Kitchenary, Woolworths’ wholly owned ready meal manufacturing business.
⚖️

Advising on regulatory requirements

Advising on contractual issues and regulatory requirements, particularly the Food and Grocery Industry Code and other applicable statutes.

Skills you'll need

Commercial contracting

Experience in drafting and negotiating complex and high-value commercial contracts with suppliers, particularly in the FMCG or retail sector.
📜

Regulatory knowledge

Understanding of contractual issues and regulatory requirements, especially the Food and Grocery Industry Code and Dairy Code.

Analytical and negotiation skills

Strong commercial acumen combined with excellent analytical, logical, and negotiation skills to effectively communicate complex information.
