Skills you'll need

Legal practice experience

4+ years legal practice experience, gained within a reputable Banking & Finance practice at a reputable commercial law firm.

Corporate or Structured financing

Demonstrated experience with Corporate or Structured financing (lender side).

Project management skills

Strong project management skills and the ability to run matters with autonomy and efficiency.
