This job is an exceptional opportunity for a Lawyer or Senior Associate to join a highly successful Corporate M&A team. Working closely with leading partner David Wilkie, you will engage in complex corporate and private equity fund deals while collaborating with global clients like Blackstone and J.P. Morgan. The team fosters a supportive environment that celebrates growth and success, ensuring you gain hands-on experience and develop your skills alongside respected professionals.

You'll be responsible for

🏗️

Acting for clients

Acting for both public and private sector clients primarily in the infrastructure, real estate, bio-tech, data storage and transport sectors.

Negotiating and drafting documents

Playing a leading role in key aspects of transactions, including negotiating and drafting transaction documents.
🤝

Collaborating with teams

Collaborating with other lawyers as part of a multi-disciplinary team and participating in business development activities.

Skills you'll need

⚖️

Corporate M&A experience

3+ years' post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A, essential for navigating complex transactions.
📄

Private M&A transactions

Solid experience in private M&A transactions gained within a leading commercial law firm is essential.
🗣️

Interpersonal and communication skills

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
