Acting for domestic and global clients across various sectors, including technology, fin-tech, health, financial services, and retail.

Advising on corporate transactions

Advising on Australian and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions and capital raisings.

Collaborating with teams

Working collaboratively with other practice groups and teams to expand professional networks.

Skills you'll need

Corporate law experience

4 - 6 years' experience post-qualification experience within a distinguished corporate law practice.

Strong client service focus and exceptional work ethic.
