Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and delivering clear, solution-focused legal advice.

Communicating legal concepts

Communicating complex legal concepts in an accessible way and influencing stakeholders to implement best practices.

Skills you'll need

📜

Australian legal qualifications

Recognised qualifications and a current Practising Certificate to practice law in New South Wales.
💼

Post-qualification experience

Over 12 years’ experience in general corporate and commercial law, gained in both law firm and in-house environments.

Negotiation expertise

Extensive expertise in advising on, drafting, and leading negotiations on complex commercial agreements.
