Lead automation efforts across the DevOps supported tools and Managed Services Platform to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Incident response and technical analysis

Conduct incident response for production hosted environments, diagnosing and correcting potential errors and faults in existing software systems.

Providing technical leadership

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of application support engineers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.

6+ years in an application support role with proven success.
