Coordinate leadership development initiatives across the stream, including training frameworks, coaching, and mentoring systems🎓
Supporting training programs
Support the delivery of training programs, webinars, and capability-building opportunities for frontline leaders📚
Maintaining training resources
Develop and maintain a national library of high-quality, accessible training resourcesKey criteria
