This job is about becoming an Operations Leading Hand at dnata catering & retail, a leader in the Australian aviation industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of service to airline customers while leading a dedicated team of Customer Delivery Drivers. You'll be responsible for

Leading and coordinating the team

Assist in leading and coordinating team members in the Customer Delivery Department to meet productivity and performance criteria.
✈️

Ensuring safety and schedules

Supervise catering trucks to ensure they reach and load-up the aircraft safely and on schedule.
📚

Training and inducting workers

Assist in training and inducting new team members within the designated work area.

Key criteria

🚗

MR or HR driver's licence

Valid licence required for driving catering trucks.
