Lead the manufacturing capability roadmap, enhancing leadership capability, talent pipelines, systems, and processes.

Implementing training plans

Implement site training and development plans to support world-class manufacturing excellence goals.

Managing training budget

Manage the Training & Development budget, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and delivery of all training activities.
