An AO8 Manager, Learning & Development job is available in the Workforce & Client Experience division of the Queensland Revenue Office. This exciting opportunity involves shaping QRO’s enterprise learning and development strategy while leading a dedicated team to implement and deliver impactful training programs. The team thrives on collaboration and innovation, ensuring that learning solutions are engaging and aligned with the organisation's goals.

You'll be responsible for

Setting priorities

Starting the day with purpose and pace — setting clear priorities for the Learning & Development Team and keeping delivery aligned to QRO's strategic direction and capability uplift.

Partnering with leaders

Partnering with leaders to solve real workforce challenges — translating operational needs into practical learning solutions and advising senior stakeholders on what will make the biggest difference.
🌱

Coaching and mentoring

Leading a team people trust — coaching and mentoring your team, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring work is delivered with professionalism and strong record-keeping so decisions are timely and well supported.
