You'll be responsible for

Developing and delivering training programs

Creating and assessing a multitude of training programs for both new and experienced warehouse team members to ensure high standards of training.

Leading and supporting Ambassadors

Guiding Ambassadors in their roles to deliver training and coaching to associates effectively.

Monitoring training efforts

Assisting in evaluating and monitoring training efforts throughout the Fulfilment Center to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
