This job plays a crucial role in shaping onboarding, digital learning, and enhancing learning systems and programs. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, the team thrives on continuous improvement and innovation in learning initiatives.

You'll be responsible for

🚀

Leading onboarding experiences

Managing the new starters' learning experience for all employees during their first 100 days across all locations.
📅

Coordinating New Starter Welcome Days

Facilitating onboarding logistics and ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks while refining onboarding materials.
🌐

Driving digital learning

Enhancing the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and creating engaging digital learning content.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in education, HR, or psychology is preferred.

Experience in training program delivery

Demonstrated experience delivering impactful training initiatives.
